- 2024 ANNUAL NOTICE OF SCHEDULED MEETINGS NORTH SUMMIT RECREATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL BOARD Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the North Summit Recreation Special Service District will hold its regularly scheduled meetings for 2024 on the evenings listed below. All business meetings will begin at 6:00pm and, if there is an anchor location, such will be at The Summit County Courthouse, Conference Room 001 (1st Floor), 60 North Main Street, Coalville, UT 84017. Public notice of all regularly scheduled Board meetings and meeting agendas will be published on the Utah Public Notice Website www.pmn.utah.gov and in the Park Record newspaper preceding the meeting date for verification of time and location. Publicly noticed special meetings and work sessions may be called from time to time as deemed necessary in the interest of conducting District business.
