PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a PD (Planned Development) amendment to the Sun River Commons Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is proposing a Les Schwab Tire Center. This property is located approximately north of Sun River Pkwy and east along Pioneer Road. The applicant is Sun River Commons LLC, and the representative is Zack Graham. The project will be known as Les Schwab Tire Center. Case No. 2024-PDA-001. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
