Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a General Plan amendment to change the land-use map from LDR (Low Density Residential) to COM (Commercial). This parcel is 3.18 acre in size and the applicant would like to develop the piece as commercial property. The parcel is generally located at 1650 W Snow Canyon Pkwy. The applicant is Dixie Downs Limited partnership/Stephen Clark. The project will be known as Snow Canyon Pkwy. Case No. 2024-GPA-001. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
