December 28, 2023 LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On January 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Rafael Pena's request for conditional use approval for JMR Trucks & Equipment vehicle storage located at approximately 4250 North Digital Drive. Public hearing and recommendation of Dave Scoville's request for review of the Newbold Estates zone change, 7.3-acres located at approximately 600 North 500 West, changing the zoning from A-1 (agriculture) & R-2 (medium density residential) to R-1-Flex (single family residential). Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 35, Community Forestry, clarifying the City's regulations for both private and public trees. Public hearing and consideration of Amy Sylvester's request for approval of the Sylvester Horse Conditional Use Permit located at 196 West 2875 North in an R-1-15 (residential) zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of Development Code Amendments to Chapters 10, 11 & 39 and for Figures 8 & 9, amending the City's subdivision review process to meet State Code. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapters 20 & 39, adding athletic instruction as a use, under in-home instruction, for a Home Occupation.
