CENTERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPACT FEE MODIFICATIONS AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, on proposed Impact Fee modifications and Subdivision Ordinance amendments. The amendments to the Centerville Municipal Code are intended to codify the City's impact fee enactments and to move the impact fee provisions from Title 15 (Subdivisions) to a new Title 20 (Impact Fees). The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposed Impact Fee modifications and Subdivision Ordinance amendments on the City website or at Centerville City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Centerville City Planning Commission concerning the proposed amendments at the above-stated time and place.
