Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday January 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1307 N. Commerce Dr., Suite 200, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following:
1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapters 19.02 - Definitions, 19.16 - Site and Architectural Design Standards, and 19.18 - Sign Regulations. Amending the definition of 'Building Fa ade' and moving the definition from Section 19.18 to 19.02. Amending 19.16. to exclude the roof from the calculations of materials and colors for Residential & Non-Residential Architectural Design Standards. City initiated.
2. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, chapter 19.09-Off-Street Parking, Location of parking areas. Proposed changes would allow an exception to the parking distance requirement in Mixed Used and Mixed Waterfront zones, and the Town Center Overlay (from General Plan) to promote walkability. City initiated.
3. Community Plan Major Amendment for The Crossing, FatCats cell tower, located at 212 W Pioneer Crossing, Troy Benson as applicant.
4. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapters 19.05 Supplementary Regulations, Bars. The proposed amendment would clarify language for the distance between a bar and residential property.
