Place: Pleasant Grove Public Works Department Conference Room 323 West 700 South Pleasant Grove, Utah Agenda: 1. Welcome to the meeting by Board President E. Mark Bezzant. 2. Invocation: By Invitation 3. Approval of the minutes of the December 14th, 2023 Board of Directors Meeting. 4. Report to the Board of any concerns or updates from the stockholders or the general public: 5. Report to the Board by President Mark Bezzant 6. Report to the Board by Secretary/Treasurer Alicia Redding and Denise Roy regarding payments, share certificates and transfers, invoices, assessments, current financial status. Review 2024 budget that will be presented at the annual meeting. 7. Report to the Board by BillieJoe Allgood of any concerns or information needed for the Board with regard to his position as Watermaster. 8. Discussion on North Union Turnout with Lindon 9. Any concerns from Board members in their areas of responsibility. 10. Motion to Adjourn
