Description/Agenda: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING Thursday, January 04, 2024 at 2:30 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA The Virgin Development Review Committee, known as the DRC (which is similar to the Joint Utility Committee - JUC in other communities), was developed to streamline the review process of various types of land use and development applications being considered or proposed within the Town. This will be a public meeting to review plans for the following projects located at: 1. Parcel # V-2-1-26-4421 (Parcel access is Red Hill Lane, Off Entrada Dr.) 2. Parcel's # V-2-1-21-314 (Parcel access is off 1420 W), V-2-1-21-315 (Parcel access is off Sheep Bridge Rd) No Public Comment will be accepted.
