NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETING ON
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 2024

4. Business license renewal - Hinckley Homestead LLC, Derek Christensen, 453 N. 200 E.
5. Business license renewal - Double T Trucking LLC, Todd Smith, 25 S. 500 W.
6. Business license renewal - Margene's Appraisal, Margene Stevens, 256 W. 500 N.
7. Application to Appear - Jesus Gutierrez-Soliz. Change property at approximately 600 W. 500 N., 2.12 acres to (3) one-half acre lots and (1) lot of .62 acres.
VIII. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS
1. Updating the General Plan for Hinckley Town.
2. Review changes to subdivision ordinance passed by Utah State Legislature in spring 2023 to see if updates are needed.
