RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 11, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. Sherry Walker, PLZ-23-2040, is applying for a conditional use application for a home occupation reselling ski equipment and clothing located at 3507 W. Melody Creek Circle. Applicant - Sherry Walker 2. McRoberts Short-Term Rental, PLZ-23-2041, a conditional use application for a home occupation (short-term rental) for a home located at 12282 Mandala Peak Court. Applicant - Walt McRoberts 3. MadFit by Helen, PLZ-23-2042, a conditional use application for a home occupation featuring pre- and post-natal fitness classes and personal training in the basement of a home located at 4463 W. Mandy Lee Cove. Applicant - Alton Burgett 4. Riverton Acres CU- Private Lane, PLZ-23-2033, a conditional use application for a private lane located at 3546 West 13400 South. Applicant - Bob Jones This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission.
