Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-27 Notice is hereby given that on December 21, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-27, allowing a temporary zoning regulation establishing use restrictions on external accessory dwelling units for a period of no more than 180 days. The Ordinance took effect upon adoption. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
