- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday January 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Additional text and amendments to multiple sections of Title 11, ZONING REGULATIONS, and TITLE 12, SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS. The amendments are proposed to modify the process by which subdivisions and boundary line adjustments are considered, allowing flexibility in lot size without increasing the total number of lots or density. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
