Description/Agenda: Spring City Notice of Impact Fee Analysis The city of Spring City gives notice in accordance with Utah State Code 11-36a-503 that it intends to prepare an impact fee analysis pursuant to updating the City's impact fees associated with the culinary water system and the sanitary sewer system, which will apply to new connections within the service area of these systems. Posted on December 21, 2023 At the Utah Public Website, Spring City Website, and on the bulletin board at City Hall and on Main Street.
