Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the City Initiated Subdivision Ordinance Update.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission and City Council to receive public comment on the above-listed request. The purpose of the request is to update multiple portions of Draper City Municipal Code Titles 9 and 17 to address recent changes to State law.
The Planning Commission hearing will be on January 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers.
The City Council hearing will be on January 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers.
