NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND IMPACT FEE PLAN
Goshen Valley Local District, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah, intends to contract to prepare an Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Plan for culinary water. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and -503, Goshen Valley Local District hereby gives public notice of its intent to prepare such Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Plan. The geographical area covered by the proposed Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Plan is the entirety of the service area of Goshen Valley Local District.
