City of Monticello NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TITLE 11 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Monticello Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Thursday January 4, 2024, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main St, Monticello, Utah, beginning at 6:30 pm. A copy of amended ordinances may be requested at the City Office. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment from the public regarding the City's proposal to update and amend the following zoning ordinances: §11-1: General Provisions §11-2: Subdivision Approval and Platting Process §11-3: Subdivision Design Standards §11-4: Subdivision Improvements §11-5: Amending and Vacating Recorded Plat and Vacating Streets §11-6: Subdivision Fees and Enforcement of Title Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org , City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing may call the Monticello City Office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 435-587-2271.
