- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 26, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-09-37 which adopted the AF Utah LLC Addition annexation consisting of 14.9 acres and located at approximately 1000 West 200 South. The annexation was effective as of October 24, 2023, and was recorded on December 18, 2023. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 19th day of December 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
