PUBLIC NOTICE KAYSVILLE CITY ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE 2024 Pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-202, Kaysville City hereby gives notice for meetings for the 2024 calendar year. All meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code, relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. Exceptions to the following schedule will be announced and posted a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Kaysville City Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following dates: April 4 and April 18 which will be rescheduled for April 11, and July 4. Planning Commission meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following dates: April 11, November 28, and December 26. Power Commission meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Parks & Recreation Advisory Board meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Historic Preservation Commission meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. Kaysville City is dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services or activities.
