Description/Agenda: The Clearfield Parks and Recreation Commission will generally hold its regular meetings for the 2024 calendar year on the third Wednesday of each month, except June* and July. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 pm and are held in the Clearfield City Executive conference room at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24-hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation. Scheduled regular Parks and Recreation Commission meeting dates for the 2024 calendar are as follows: January 17 February 21 March 20 April 17 May 15 June 12 *(2nd week) July - No Meeting August 21 September 18 October 16 November 20 December 18 Dated this 18th day of December 2023. /s/Nancy R.
