Diana Sabey is doing the Sub for Santa again this year. Town board members are going to help with packaging the presents when the time comes.
Paul Webb will work on getting the Christmas decorations and nativity up after Thanksgiving.
Raymond Frandsen has looked into flag poles. There is a kit that comes with metal poles and flags are included with that. The board thinks that would be a good idea to get metal poles that will fit better and hopefully last a long time as well. They are $60 per pole. Raymond is going to look at getting an estimate for what it would cost to replace all of the flags along Main Street as well as getting some to put down Center Street leading to the rodeo grounds. The board will then decide if they want to pay for those.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
