Request for Qualifications Purchase and Development of 2.0 Acres of Surplus Property Southwest Behavioral Health Center ('SBHC') hereby notifies all interested parties of the issuance of a Request for Qualifications on December 13, 2023 ('RFQ'), regarding surplus real property of SBHC. Under the RFQ, Respondents have an opportunity to submit a proposal to purchase surplus real property, which is approximately 2 acres in size and is located at approximately 250 W. 900 N., Cedar City, Utah, and has an assessor's parcel number of B-0003-0014-0000. SBHC intends to make the surplus property available for the purchase and development of extremely affordable housing units that will benefit those most in need within Iron County. Each proposal must comply with the requirements provided in the Request for Qualifications issued by SBHC, and if the award is made, the successful respondent will be required to enter into a definitive contract for the purchase and sale of the surplus property. Proposals are due on or before January 22, 2024.
