Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Farr West City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Farr West City Hall, 1896 N 1800 W, Farr West. The purpose of the first public hearing it to consider and act on the request to amend the general plan to allow for the commercial zone on properties near 1400 North 2000 West. The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the request of the Beal Family Trust property, parcel number 15-442-0002, located at 1407 North 2000 West, from the A-1 zone to the C-2 Commercial zone. All interested residents are invited to attend.
