WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on January 3, 2024 3:30 p.m., and a public hearing to be held on January 10, 2024 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. You can attend the study meeting in person in the Community Development Conference Room, Suite 220 and the public hearing in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah 84119 or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #ZT-8-2023, filed by West Valley City. Requesting an amendment to Section 7-6-301 and the addition of Section 7-7-104.5 to add use-specific regulations that would prohibit blood plasma centers on all properties with frontage along Redwood Road and on 3300/3500 South between 2700 West and the Jordan River.
