Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on November 15, 2023, the Garland City Council received the completed financial audit of Garland City for the year ending June 30, 2022. Christensen, Palmer & Ambrose, PC, an independent auditing firm, conducted the audit and found the city to be in compliance.
