- Notice Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs Audit Report for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 has been approved. The Annual Financial Comprehensive Report (AFCR) will be available by the end of the year on the City Website at www.saratogasprings-ut.gov and available for public inspection during regular business hours at the City Offices, 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 100, Saratoga Springs, Utah.
