Cleveland Town Council Meeting December 14, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve October 12 and November 1 Emergency Meeting Minutes Public Comment: Limited to 10 minutes Total Time. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Approve and give permission for Canyon View Middle School Honor Society service project of putting a Free Little Library in Cleveland. 2. Approve business license for Kelsey Marsing to do a nail business, 'Nails by Kelsey', in Chelsea Salas room at the Old Town Hall. 3. Approve/Deny increase in outside water users bill of $14 due to increase by CVSSD Board. 4. Approve/deny to donate to make a Wish-A-Wish Foundation, letter from Judy Bishop. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny Hansen Planning Group to update our subdivision ordinance to be in compliance with the state code changes made this year. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny using Cyber Center of Utah for free services for IT. 7. Set dates for 2024 Town Council Meetings. 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny Old Town Hall heating, which heating option will be put in the grant. 9. Review bills for payment. 10. Council Reports. 11. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on Jan. 11, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
