- Request for Proposals (RFP) for CDBG Project Engineer Marriott-Slaterville City will accept proposals from a qualified engineering firm for the design of applicable state/federal including Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects, with a proposed project of '1700 South/1200 West Sewer and Secondary Project' that consists of approximately 3,240 linear feet of 10' sewer and secondary water line with standard facilities and lateral stubs to existing residential units and businesses in the project area from the Ogden City border to 1200 West to existing infrastructure. A copy of the RFP is available at no cost from the City Recorder, Dana Spencer, at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404, phone number 801-627-1919 ext. 202. Any Response to the RFP will be received by the City Recorder at: Marriott-Slaterville City, 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville City, Utah 84404, on or before 4:00 PM on December 20, 2023. The design and construction phases are funded in whole or part with Community Development Block Grant administered by the Utah Department of Workforce Services and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Successful awardee will be responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements, including these referenced documents: 1. Davis Bacon Wages Decision UT20230095, 08/11/2023 Heavy 2. HUD Form 4010 V10.23 3. Section 3 Construction Clause 4. Build America, Buy America (BABA) Clause 5.
