Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 23-21 South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 23-21. This ordinance amended the current Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance to allow internal, attached, and detached ADUs. This ordinance will be applicable to South Ogden City single-family home property owners with lots larger than 10,000 square feet. A copy of this notice or the ordinance can be viewed or obtained by visiting the Office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden City, UT, 84403 or by calling 801-622-2709 to request a copy.
