Planning and Zoning Approved Minutes for November 1, 2023 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Tracy Randall, Lowell Gardner, Nancy Livingston. Tyler Rowley was excused and Randy Jensen was absent. The Meeting was called to order by Chair Tracy Randall at 7:22 pm and then led the pledge. Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes for October 4 was made by Lowell Gardner. Seconded by Nancy Livingston. All were in favor. Motion passed. Public Comments: None Item #1: Duke Curtis would like to apply for a business license for his new business of Outfitters, to do with hunting supplies. Chair Tracy Randall tabled this item until Dec 6, 2023 meeting since Mr. Curtis was unable to attend. Item #3: Adjourn Meeting: Tracy Randall adjourned the meeting at 7:25 pm.
