Description/Agenda: In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on December 11, 2023: Ordinance 23-46, Rezoning Certain Property Located at Approximately 2888 E 3300 S from the C-2 (Commercial) Zone to the R-M (Multifamily Residential) Zone. This ordinance rezoned property at 2888 E 3300 S from C-2 to R-M to accommodate a six-unit townhome development, subject to the development agreement in Ordinance 23-47. Ordinance 23-47, Approving a Development Agreement with Mughal Property Development LLC for Property Located at or Near 2888 East 3300 South. This ordinance approved a development agreement to accompany the rezone in Ordinance 23-46.
