NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on December 12th at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome: 2. Christine Watkins; Utah State Representative 3. Close Public Meeting-Open Public Hearing: 4. Public Hearing-Outside Water Connection rate increase: 5. Close Public Hearing: 6. Citizen Concerns: 7. Town Meeting Schedule for 2024 8. Appointment- New Council Members 9. Town Employee Report: 10. Recreation Board Report: 11. CVSSD Board Report: 12. Beautification Committee Report: 13. Board Member Reports/Concerns: 14. Review of Past Due Water Bills: 15. Gabbe's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements. Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
