PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Final Plat Reapproval
A. CANYON VIEW MEADOWS PLAT B. This proposal involves the reapproval of 21 residential lots located at approximately 3100 East 1100 South.
3. Final Plat
A. CANYON VIEW MEADOWS PLAT C. This proposal involves the development of 37 residential lots located at approximately 1000 South 3100 East.
B. CANYON VIEW MEADOWS PLAT D. This proposal involves the development of 5 residential lots located at approximately 1000 South 2900 East.
4. Site Plan
A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 9 LOT 5. This proposal involves the development of a commercial lot located at 1106 North Canyon Creek Parkway.
