6:00pm - Public Hearing for 2024 Snow, Dust, and Fire/EMS budgets: Opportunity for the public to comment on the 2024 budgets.
Consent Agenda
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and may be acted upon by the Board with one action and without general discussion or a hearing. Any member of the Board or any citizen may request that an item be taken from the consent agenda, discussed and acted upon separately during this meeting.

6:50pm - 2023 Snow Budget Amendment: Action may include amending 2023 Snow budget.
7:00pm - 2024 Snow, Dust and Fire/EMS budgets: review budgets as presented and discussed. Action may include approving 2024 budgets.
7:15pm - 2024 Snow, Dust and Fire/EMS budget resolution(s): Action may include approving resolution(s) for 2024 budgets.
7:20pm- District Manager's Report, to include Dust, Snow, Facilities, Equipment, etc.; this is a report only and not for action.
7:30pm- Chief's Report, to include all Fire & EMS operations; this is a report only and not for action.
7:40pm - Personnel Report: action may include approving and/ratifying personnel actions.
7:45pm - Apparatus Report: review District apparatus status report, status of vehicle trackers, and recommendation on how best to utilize, repurpose, or dispose of equipment. Action may include approving repair, retrofit, or disposition of vehicles.
7:50pm - Firefighting/EMS updates: Review of Fire/EMS for 2023. Action may include approving improved processes, goals, etc.
7:55pm - Wildland: Review of Wildland season and any recommendations moving forward. Action may include approving equipment and/or hiring.
8:05pm - Surplus Property: review status of lots owned in Swains Creek and process for selling. Action may include approving sale or disposal of property.
8:10pm - Software. Review Aladtec alternatives. Action may include approving a new software vendor or renewing with the current vendor.
8:15pm - EMS Billing. Review updates on Gold Cross. Action may include approving next steps to continue, or discontinue, the contract.
8:25pm - Personnel Handbook Resolution: Action may include approving resolution accepting the Personnel Handbook as of 11/14/23.
8:30pm - Other Business
8:40pm - Closed Session, if needed -- to discuss personnel or pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
8:45pm - Adjournment
