Description/Agenda: SUMMARY OF ADOPTION OF LAKETOWN ORDINANCE NO 2023-05 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 6, 2023, the Town Council of Laketown adopted Ordinance 2023-05 repealing and replacing Title 11 Subdivision Regulations of the Laketown Municipal Code; providing for repealer; severability and an effective date. This ordinance addresses various clarity/correctness issues and ensures consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding review/approval processes and platting requirements. Being necessary for the peace, health, and safety of the Town, Ordinance 2023-05 shall become effective upon publication of this summary.
