ACTIONS: Direction on the First Homes Initiative, Governor's relevant budget proposals*, Appoint Molly Wheeler to Implementation Committee for the State Homelessness Strategic Plan, Direct staff to participate in legal research efforts to analyze effects of potential IPA-targeted legislation on existing bonds issued by cities
*Note: Monday's vote is whether to support the Governor's appropriations requests and conceptual framework but not necessarily the exact dollar amount. Likewise, the specific legal or policy changes are still in deliberation and development.
