Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-26 Notice is hereby given that on December 7, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-26, amending City Code Chapter 15.02, Parking Regulations and Repealing and Amending sections of City Code Chapter 24.01, In General, to promote safe vehicle and pedestrian travel as well as the safety of police officers and snowplow drivers. The Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and on December 8, 2023. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
