- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ln accordance with Utah Code Section 1 7B-1-609 , the Board of Trustees of Utah County Service Area No. 6, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday , December 20th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. , in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the amending the 2023 budget; revising estimates or revenues; revising the budget appropriations; and/or transferring unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund of the Utah County Service Area No. 6. After the public hearing , the Board of Trustees may amend the 2023 budget; may revise estimates or revenues; may revise the budget appropriations; and/or transfer unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund.
