- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 1 78 -1-6 09, the Municipal Building Authority of Utah County, Utah (the ' Board ') will hold a public hearing on Wednesday , December 20th, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the amending the 2023 budget; revising estimates or revenues; revising the budget appropriations; and/or transferring unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund of the Board. After the public hearing, the Board may amend the 2023 budget; may revise estimates or revenues ; may revise the budget appropriations; and/or transfer unencumbered or unexpended appropriation balances from one department in a fund to another department in the same fund.
