1. Public Hearing: Ercanbrack Rezone Request
The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to review a rezone request for
approximately 1.54 acres in the Main Street Commercial (MSC) District in the Main Street
Business Districts Zone to the Commercial Light Manufacturing (CLM) zone. The property to
be rezoned is located at 580 W. Main Street.
