SALT LAKE VALLEY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER RESOLUTION 2023-07 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE SALT LAKE VALLEY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER FOR THE YEAR 2024 WHEREAS the Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center (SLVECC) Board of Trustees shall hold regular monthly meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at 2:00 PM unless otherwise determined by the Board; and WHEREAS the Board of Trustees shall hold its monthly meetings for the purpose of discussing and conducting official business of SLVECC for the year 2024 shall be held in accordance with the following schedule: January 17, 2024 February 21, 2024 March 20, 2024 April 24, 2024 May 15, 2024 June 19, 2024 July 17, 2024 August 21, 2024 September 18, 2024 October 16, 2024 November 20, 2024 December 18, 2024 All meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center located at 5360 S. Ridge Village Drive, West Valley City, UT 84118 and/or electronically (Utah Code Ann. §52-4-207, et seq.) as determined by the Chair of the Board of Trustees. An opportunity shall be afforded to any person desiring to be heard by the Board of Trustees to speak at all public meetings as outlined above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Salt Lake Valley Emergency Communications Center to adopt the 2024 meeting schedule. PASSED AND APPROVED by the SLVECC Board of Trustees this 15th day of November 2023.
