- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting held on December 5, 2023, the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Resolution 2023-34 approved an interlocal agreement between Riverdale City and Weber County. - Resolution 2023-35 adopted an interlocal agreement for Paramedic Aboard charges. - Resolution 2023-36 recertified the Riverdale City Justice Court. - Resolution 2023-37 amended the 2023-2024 Consolidated Fee Schedule. - Resolution 2023-38 certified the official canvass report of the November 21, 2023 Municipal Election. - Ordinance 975 approved the Ken Garff Riverdale Amended Small Subdivision request. I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on December 7, 2023 in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days. Any attachment for this document is available to the public upon request.
