- MEETING SCHEDULE FOR MORGAN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 2024 Morgan City Planning Commission meetings will be held on the dates listed below. They are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm., in the Council Room of the City Office located at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. Meeting will be broadcast on YouTube and live streamed for viewing by the public on the City's website morgancityut.org. January 16th February 20th March 19th April 16th May 21st June 18th July 16th August 20th September 17th October 15th November 19th December 17th Meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted. A work session will be held prior to each meeting if needed.
