FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT
A MEETING OF THE FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT
WILL BE HELD AT 4;00 P.M.,
ON THURSDAY, THE 7th DAY of December 2023,
IN THE SANPETE COUNTY COURTHOUSE,
160 NORTH MAIN, ROOM 101, MANTI, UTAH.
MATTERS TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING ARE OUTLINED IN THE FOLLOWING AGENDA

Review and approval of minutes from the last meeting
Review of finances
Approval of invoices to be paid
Sign state auditors forms.
Approval of FML Clerk contract
Approval of FML Treasurer contract
Set date for Public Budget Hearing
Set dates for calendar year 2024
Discuss legal representation.
Review of Policies and Procedures and vote to make them part of the district By-Laws.
Review the resolution approved by the County Commission and adopt it as part of the districts Operating Agreement.
Approve engagement of legal council via retainer or agreement
Suggestions on the creation of an Operating Agreement.
Vote on signatures for checks and approve such action.
