- MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 4:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2023 - 4:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Call to Order Board of Canvassers: a. Canvass of the 2024 Election. b. Adjourn and re-convene City Council. 4. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for Waste Transfer Station. 5. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for additional project funds for 1700 South Reconstruction. 6. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Lease Agreement with Verizon. 7. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 30, 2023. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Marriott Park, and 3) Slaterville Park. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. Dana Spencer, City Recorder.
