MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 4:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2023 - 4:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Call to Order Board of Canvassers: a. Canvass of the 2024 Election. b. Adjourn and re-convene City Council. 4. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for Waste Transfer Station. 5. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for additional project funds for 1700 South Reconstruction. 6. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Lease Agreement with Verizon. 7. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 30, 2023. NOTICE CANCELING THE MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY 2015 ELECTION In accordance with UCA 20A-1-206, the Marriott-Slaterville City Council adopted a Resolution on September 17, 2015, cancelling the 2015 Marriott-Slaterville City Municipal Election based upon the number of candidates not exceeding the number of municipal offices elected, and no write-in candidates filed by the September 4, 2015, deadline. Questions can be directed to the City Recorder's at 801-627-1919 ext. 202. A copy of the Resolution is available for review at City Hall, located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah.
