- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with Spanish Fork City, which petition has been certified as of December 4, 2023, which petition covers 208.3222 acres consisting of property owned by Adam M and Holli Harrison (parcel # 240080026); Kevin Milner and Peggy H Madson (parcel # 240410047 and 240080027); Jerald B and Lorene C Swenson (parcel # 240410038); Lacey Banks (parcel #481050007 and 481050004); Joel Thomas and Nicole Tracy Peterson (parcel # 481050009); Dennis Kenji and Janet Yamashita Shiozawa (parcel # 481050006); Nathan and Heather Ash (parcel # 240080013); Allan B Hadfield (ET AL) (parcel # 240080028 and 240080029); Barbara & Darin Fred Jensen (parcel # 240420017); Roach Ernest Farms Inc.
