NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah

1. Public hearing regarding the intent to amend the 2023 budget
2. Consider a resolution amending the 2023 budget
3. Public hearing regarding the intent to adopt the 2024 budget
4. Consider a resolution adopting the 2024 budget
5. Consider a resolution allocating any excess fund balance in the general fund to the capital projects fund
6. Consider a resolution authorizing grant application for Reclamation's large-scale water recycling program
7. Consider a resolution authorizing grant application for Reclamation's small storage program
8. Consider approval of P-Card for new employees George Elliott & Colton Heiner
9. Consider approval of construction bid award for Quail Creek to Cottam Pipeline
10. Consider approving the 2023 meeting schedule
