LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the 13th day of December 2023 has been set by the Board of Trustees as the day for the public hearing on the adoption of the South Davis Water District Budget for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2024. The hearing is to be held at the District Office, 407 West 3100 South, Bountiful, Utah at 6:00 P.M.
Anyone interested may inspect the tentative budget on file at the District Office or appear and be heard at said hearing.
This notice is given pursuant to Title 17B-1-609 Utah Code.
