PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a change in zoning from A-1 (Agriculture, one-acre minimum lot size) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 minimum sq ft lots). The property is 15.373 acres, located approximately at 2890 S Maple Crest Dr. The project is known as Red Pine 5 & 6. The applicant is DSG Engineering Inc, and the representative is Mike Terry. Case No. 2023-ZC-017. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
