- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING DECEMBER 12, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to add a new Chapter to Title 19 (Zoning), Chapter 19.03, 'Land Use Application Requirements and Review Process', amending requirements for processing land use applications and establishing compliance and consistency with Utah State Code 10-9a-604.2; and amend various sections of Title 18 (Land Use Development) and Title 19 (Zoning), related to consistency for the land use application process. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
